Just got the alignment done on my daughter's car. I was very happy with everything. I got booked in very quickly. The person working at the desk is very efficient, professional, and personable. A couple of days after getting it done, there was a sound coming from one of the wheels. I brought it back in and they found it was one of the newly installed wheels from another source that was creating the sound. They very kindly retorqued all 4 wheels. My mechanic said they will only use Barrie Frame and Alignment.

Went to get repair work done on my encloses trailer here. The work was done as needed. The lady at the front desk is very nice to speak too and friendly. The mechanic that helped me pull out my trailer was an amazing guy to speak too. They helped me get my work trailer back on the road. Barrie frame fixed my old cadillac that had frame rot (designed in by gm) i was told all over that nobody would fix it and that my perfectly good car was ready for the scrap yard. i fought this battle for two years until i found barrie frame. not only did they do the patches, which were perfect. but they quoted me such a reasonable price i wondered if it could be real. well i got my car back yesterday and it was real. these are good people doing the best work they can. no scammy mechanic vibe here whatsoever. thank you tim and berta. i will be back!

I was very impressed with my experience today. It was my first visit and I had called late Friday afternoon with an issue with my fifth wheel camper having a wheel badly out of alignment. Tim the owner when hearing we had scheduled to depart on a long trip leaving Monday made some changes to get me in first thing Monday morning. The customer service from everyone I talked to was outstanding and Tim explained how everything was going to be done and the work was completed very quickly. I could not be happier with the service and the price.

I was told by a dealership that my SRX frame wasn't repairable. Barrie frame repaired it. Great service, great people, great work. Read more..... I highly recommend Barrie Frame & Alignment!!! Ten months ago they fixed my frame perfect job. I took it back today because a dealership said my shock towers were rotten and that They were dangerous which made me afraid to drive my SRX. I took it to Barrie Frame they checked everything out. It is a bit of surface rust but very solid. After checking the car front to rear they said my SRX was in good shape and didn't even need any work. No charge. It's rare to find honest people Barrie frame has given me faith again. No more dealership all my work will be done at Barrie Frame thanks again. July 24th Took my SRX in to have my air conditioning repaired. Once again great job. It was a major repair but the final bill was much less than I expected.!! Thx again.

Amazing service, honest work, fair prices. I drove from Collingwood to get my vehicle looked at after a local shop here told me they couldn't do the work on my vehicle. My apt was at 10am, and my vehicle was brought it right on time. I had only booked in to see if my frame was bent, and after inspection they had told me I just needed an alignment. Instead of booking me in for another appointment, they asked if I could wait, and they would do the alignment right then. Only two hours and I had my vehicle back! Considering I left my vehicle at the shop in Collingwood at 9 am and they kept it until 4:30pm, I was very very impressed. Thank you to the lovely, professional receptionist who gave me her honest opinion before I even booked my vehicle in there. She was extremely lovely and helpful. I'm not sure where the bad reviews below me have come from, you can tell this is an honest shop just by the brief encounters I had with the staff. I will drive from Collingwood to Barrie again no question for the service they provided. Thank you.

I don't get the one star below.. I will come back and I will recommend this business. I was a paying customer, and I was happy to do so. Berta at the front desk was friendly and efficient, the technicians did their job and advised me personally on how my truck would operate as a result of the work they did.. and surprise surprise.. it went down the road perfectly without any pulling after I left. I felt the service was particularly good here despite the fact that it was super busy.. and for anyone who is in business for themselves knows that being super busy means that you are doing something right. Keep up the good work!
